These terms govern your use of eiqora.com. By using the site you accept them. The content here is provided for general information about our services; it is not professional advice, and while we work to keep it accurate and honest, it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Client platforms

The platforms we build and operate for client institutions are governed by separate written agreements between eiQora and each client — covering scope, fees, service levels, data protection, and exit. Where those agreements and this page differ, the agreement prevails. Access to a client platform is granted by the client institution under its own terms.

3. Intellectual property

The eiQora name, the Q mark, and the content of this site are ours; please don't reuse them without permission. Client platforms ship under each client's own brand, and each client's data remains that client's property — in writing, in their agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site or client platforms, probe or breach their security, or misuse the discovery form. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to write to us first at hello@eiqora.com.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eiQora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability relating to client platforms is defined in each client agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
